As a part of the 94 Feet development, new tenants – 2Construct, entrusted fellow builder, Amicus with delivering their new office fit-out. Having already successfully delivered most of the building development, including 94 Feet’s very own office – there was a level of professionalism that was reputed and expected of Amicus and the delivery team. This project wasn’t just about constructing another office, it was about delivering a functional workspace for a construction company, adding a layer of complexity and responsibility. The Amicus team approached the task with this in mind, understanding the responsibility and undertook the challenge as no ordinary task. In collaboration with design partner Made For, the focus for the space was to ensure it reflected their brand values and understated personality whilst being an efficient workspace.
Due to the context of the project, the Amicus team were put under a microscope with every detail of their workflow closely scrutinised. Quality and efficiency were of utmost importance throughout the assignment, testing Amicus’ procedures and systems against the standards of the educated client. The Amicus delivery team maintained a transparent process, ensuring all stakeholders were aligned at every stage of the project. The space was designed to invigorate the 2Construct team with sophisticated and contemporary finishes that allowed their signature orange branding to draw attention throughout the space.
The Amicus team were dedicated to ensuring the finished space not only met but exceeded expectations, resulting in a defect-free handover that was delivered to schedule and within budget. The crafted result supports 2Construct’s operational efficiency through a professional and focused design whilst cultivating team spirit and culture through splashes of their brand.
This project is a testament to the trust between two builders and construction leaders who understand the craftsmanship and the commitment to quality required of a successful project and satisfied client. The delivery team brought their A grade here, proving that Amicus’ quality control and operational systems live up to the standards and expectations of other leading construction companies.
