Case Study

Korn Ferry

Brisbane, QLD
163 sqm
Completed 2024

Background

Korn Ferry engaged Amicus to assist with their workplace relocation to the iconic Gold Tower, located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD’s Golden Triangle commercial precinct. Seeking a more prestigious and refined environment within Brisbane’s CBD, the decision to relocate was driven by the need for a smaller, more efficiently utilised space. The client was deeply invested in achieving a high standard of aesthetics for the new office while maintaining client confidentiality. Key concerns included privacy through frosted glass and improved acoustic insulation between rooms to ensure a confidential environment for sensitive conversations.

Solution

Amicus delivered a visually striking workspace that aligned with Korn Ferry’s aesthetic goals without exceeding budget constraints. Privacy was prioritised through thoughtful design elements whilst ensuring we were utilising as much of the current fitout. Our client had a tight timeline with the move and we ensured a seamless transition into their new space.
