Amicus was engaged to design and construct an inspiring workspace to unite two distinct teams under one company identity. The goal was to create a warm, welcoming environment that would excite employees and encourage in-office engagement. The project focused on delivering a dynamic space that supported varied work styles, including adaptable rooms for quiet focus, small meetings, or traditional office use. Additionally, the workspace integrated a hot-desking system while preserving team neighbourhoods to facilitate focused collaboration in designated zones.
Amicus realised the vision by designing a workspace that prioritises unity, flexibility, and employee engagement. The office was crafted to feel warm and welcoming, combining modern design with a focus on human connection. Dynamic zones were thoughtfully created to support various work styles, from quiet focus to collaborative sessions. Flexible rooms were designed for multipurpose use, seamlessly transitioning between office work, meetings, and quiet retreats. The hot-desking system was carefully integrated, complemented by defined team neighbourhoods that provide structure and continuity for team-based tasks.
With a balance of aesthetics, functionality, and adaptability, Amicus delivered an environment that encourages employees to return to the office and work in ways that best suit their needs.
The result is a vibrant and inspiring workspace that unites employees, fostering a sense of community and collaboration. The dynamic design supports diverse working styles, allowing employees to seamlessly switch between individual focus and team collaboration. Flexible spaces enhance the adaptability of the office, promoting efficiency and innovation.
