Case Study

TLA

Cremorne, Victoria
1,350 sqm

Background

Due to rapid growth, TLA wanted to design a refreshing and new office that could better accommodate their staff. With their previous lease nearing its expiration date, they needed a space that they could move into quickly.

Although there was limited time, the Amicus Delivery and Made-For design team facilitated in-depth briefing sessions, working closely with TLA to understand their vision and functional requirements.

Solution

TLA wanted a completely activated space so that all areas of the floorplan served an intentional purpose and worked in cohesion. The finished office design creates an energetic, activated and bold space. Made-For achieved this with the use of colour to define distinct areas, whilst playing with shapes and geometry to create depth and interest.

Conscious decisions were made throughout the design conception to engage staff based on their daily activities and create seamless functionality. Our delivery team and in-house site manager were able to execute the design effectively, completing each stage of the construction at a high standard.

Benefit

TLA are both proud and pleased with their new office and staff are already relaying positive feedback. From the start, TLA and Amicus had an evidently strong relationship which caused both parties to communicate openly and with ease. This helped the team navigate challenges efficiently and maintain the pace of the project; completing it on time and within the desired budget.
